I would have loved to have seen Godiva be a chocolate brown colored PixieDust. So, I just have to say, the name Godiva makes me think of chocolate. Sinful Colors Smokin’ Hot has finer holo particles: Milani Diamond Dazzle has bigger glitter particles and a more pearlescent finish: Here’s close-up macros of the two, to see the difference better. I used KBShimmer Clearly on Top over everything. Smokin Hot is perfection in 1 coat, with no bumpy finish. Diamond Dazzle went on a bit thick in 1 coat, and then dries to a slightly bumpy finish.
